The final product of the 1st intellectual project, namely, the ”Report on programmes and measures to support the development of diversity and disruptive classroom behaviours management competences in teacher’s continuous professional enhancement” contains a brief national context information on the educational system, promising practices in diversity and classroom management strategies per country, recommendations for the next intellectual outputs, and also some policies recommendations that could influence policy-makers and school quality, equity and inclusive practices.

IO2 - Training curricula on diversity and and disruptive classroom behaviour management - NOW AVAILABLE
The "Training curricula on diversity and disruptive classroom behaviour management" is a strategic IO to provide consistent support to project priorities, objectives, results, and replication.
It is accessible to all stakeholders, however, it it target mostly education policymakers, school heads, and teachers, and it provides the necessary tools to create awareness on the benefits of investing in a mentoring programme to train teachers to deal with diversity and manage disruptive behaviour. |
IO3 - Mentors’ Coordinators and Mentors profile - NOW AVAILABLE
The purpose of the profiles is to be a flexible tool for the director of the Institute/School to identify the appropriate competences and indicators relevant for carrying out a mentoring programme towards teachers returning to work after a long absence, 1st jobseekers or other teachers facing difficulties in retaining their job place.

IO5 - Mentoring programme for effective inclusion - NOW AVAILABLE
This output includes two different documents: courses curricula and mentoring model. The courses curricula is designed for mentoring coordinators and mentors. The mentoring model includes the data for mentoring process benefiting the mentees.
