Mentoring Programme for Inclusive Schools – September 2021
Within this meeting, the first 3 outputs will be presented. Furthermore, the purpose of the event will be to present the project to a minimum of 12 key stakeholders in order to fully engage them in the project. The stakeholders can be school administrators and board members, teachers, staff members, parents, community members, donors, state representatives, non-profit association and NGOs, advocacy groups, committees, media, cultural institutions - in addition to organizations that represent specific groups, such as teachers’ unions, parent-teacher organisations, etc. During the event, stakeholders will learn about the profiling tool, perform an online self evaluation and perform a cross-sparring in order to give input about the matching process of the project. Stakeholders will be invited to share their own experience, provide inputs and improve the dissemination plan of the project and next IO.

Mentoring to Empower Effective Teachers - June 2022
This event will be associated with the project closing. The purpose of the event will be to promote the project and engage European and national key stakeholders and experts to discuss the mentoring benefits in teaching and learning processes, and provide feedback and input about the project outputs future adoption. It will be focused on the presentation of the project implementation, with special attention to intellectual output 4 - Guide for Effective Teachers Mentoring Processes results and intellectual output 5 - Toolkit to Empower Effective Teachers. A round-table discussion will be organised, involving managers, mentors and mentees and they will share with key stakeholders their experience in Inn2Diversity project and added-value of the project. The presentation of the Toolkit will create a sharing environment on new ways of thinking the evolving need of discuss diversity in schools and promising partners that can be complementary to mentoring approach. Stakeholders will have the opportunity to actively explore the toolkit (active methodologies).
