Intellectual Output 1 - Report on programmes and measures to support the development of diversity and disruptive classroom behaviors management competences in teacher’s continuous professional enhancement

This output is focused on promoting and organising the exchange of existent practices and innovative approaches, proven or emerging, on how to achieve inclusive and equitable high quality training for this specific target group. The leading team will create a set of forms and templates to guide partners in a desk search on existing on-the-job practices, programmes and measures to support teachers to manage diversity and deal with complex classroom realities. The final product will be a report containing brief national context information, a maximum of 5 identified promising practices in diversity and classroom management strategies per country, recommendation for the following project IO, but also some policies recommendations to influence policy-makers and school quality, equity and inclusive practices.

Intellectual Output 2 - Training curricula on diversity and disruptive classroom behaviours management

The Training curricula on diversity and disruptive classroom behaviour management will be a strategic IO to provide consistent support to project priorities, objectives, results, and replication. It will be accessible to all stakeholders but will target mostly education policymakers, school heads, and teachers, and it will provide the necessary tools to create awareness on the benefits of investing in a mentoring programme to train teachers to deal with diversity and manage disruptive behaviour.

Intellectual Output 3 - Mentors’ Coordinators and Mentors profile

The profiling tool is innovative since it will allow to integrate teaching competences improvement process: set profiles, support mentoring processes recruitment, selection and matching (between coordinators, mentors and mentees), establish competences development needs, allow running tailor-made training programmes, among other procedures. The impact can be felt on teachers’ self-awareness, motivation and self-confidence since it introduces sustainable self-improvement processes, usable at school level, making available the peer schemes management tool in order to focus on a critical topic that increases teachers’ satisfaction and pupils success and enrolment.

Intellectual Ouput 4 - Courses Curricula for Mentor’s Coordinators and Mentors

This output will include the results on the piloting processes including the recruitment, selection and matching processes applied for coordinators, mentors and mentees. The last step will be to create a courses Curricula for Mentor’s Coordinators and Mentors, gathering in a unique document the key steps for replicating mentoring processes.

Intellectual Output 5 - Mentoring programme for effective inclusion

This output includes two different documents: courses curricula and mentoring model. The courses curricula will be for mentoring coordinators and mentors. The mentoring model will include the data for mentoring process benefiting the mentees.
With this IO, schools will be able to replicate the mentoring process and embed it into their school daily routine. Mentees (teachers with difficulties in managing learning and teaching) will a have the opportunity to share their difficulties and have an experienced person giving them instructional excellence for teaching effectiveness increase not only their job satisfaction but also improving disadvantaged pupils school enrolment, education success and inclusive environment. |
